4. AI-Supported Services

MatematikOfisi makes use of artificial intelligence technologies to improve the educational experience. In this context;

Lesson recording and the summaries produced from it take place only with the explicit consent of the student or their parent. Consent is given on the Settings page in the portal and can be withdrawn there; without consent no lesson is recorded, no transcript is created and no summary is produced. Recordings are deleted automatically after 90 days and transcripts after 365 days.

are analyzed to generate recommendations tailored to the user. These analyses are used solely to develop and personalize the educational services. Analyses generated by artificial intelligence are supportive in nature and do not replace final academic evaluation.

Where a live lesson is recorded, the transcript of that recording may be summarised using artificial intelligence to produce the teacher's lesson note, the lesson summary shown to the parent, and the preparation tasks for the next lesson. These outputs can be edited by the teacher, and a note written by the teacher always takes precedence.

Whether a lesson's recording is shared with the student and parent is decided by the teacher on a per-lesson basis; when sharing is turned off, the recording is no longer accessible in the dashboard.

Video conferencing, cloud storage and artificial intelligence providers located outside Türkiye are used when processing lesson recordings and transcripts. These transfers are explained in the KVKK Notice.

5. Sharing of Information

MatematikOfisi does not sell, rent, or transfer users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Personal data may be shared only to the extent necessary for;

In respect of lesson recordings and the summaries produced from them, the parent or legal guardian is informed and, where legislation requires it, their consent is obtained.
